Packaging, handling and delivery cost varies depending on the size of the order and the area of delivery. These costs are confirmed at the time of ordering. Our goods leave our premises in great condition but once it has left our shop we accept no liability for damaged goods and how they arrive at the recipient’s address and courier companies unfortunately accept no liability for damaged goods.
Please make sure an accurate address and phone number is provided for the delivery details. Every effort will be made for delivery but if the courier is unable to deliver then your product will be returned to the shop and an additional cost will be charged and payable before any further delivery can be made.
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we can not leave them unattended outside.
If you have any doubt about using a courier service for your order then please pick it up from our store.
We will advise you of the best way to transport and store your cake, but please note that once it has left our store it is up to you to exercise care in looking after your cake or other products and it is no longer our responsibility.
